Hey all you devaint folks!

So a group of fellow graduate students and myself are working on a new 3d animation. We're tossing around some story ideas, and I've made a couple of animatics showing 2 possibilities.

Version A:

Version B:

Let me know what you like and don't like!

i think Version A was funnier but i think it should end when he's running away after accidentally electrocuting the alpacas

i solemnly swear that i am up to no good
You succeeded in both animations of making me laugh. Though Version A was a more interesting story and idea. The style of drawing and animating is very funny.
I would say the end of B in A.

whimsical is the word.
I liked the version A better tbh :)

Might be difficult to do a 3D rendition of it, but i think it would look good if youre really up for it.

Those are some fancy animatics.

You could combine the two stories:
The robot falls in love with the llama thing and tries to impress her by acting like one of the herd. After he fails, he stumbles upon let's say... a band of burly road workers and begins to stare lusfully at one of them (little robot Cupids flying around) while the road worker looks kind of confused).

Then they prance happily towards the sunset and the camera zooms at the worker's jackhammer (which has a sad looking face) and a teardrop trickes down its cheek - The end.
lol. That's beautiful.

I like the idea of trying to fit in to impress his love. Robot Cupids are also great. The lonely jack hammer is also hilareous and I like the oddity of that idea.

I was having those dreams again. Ya know, how it's just me in a castle and I gotta fight, like, a thousand wizards and the only way to beat them is to punch them as hard as I can in their faces.
Yay! I'm a first pager! I'm so proud!

Well I liked both but think I will go with A, but none the less I found both fun^^

Great. I'd love to see them in your wonderful Kricfalusean style, especially the lummox road worker:
